I have had so many fols ask me about ways to podcast. I really like skype as an option. Not the only option, but one that has gotten better and better day by day. Once you sign up for skype, then also sign up for Pamela-The link is below. This will give you the opportunity to have great interviews and record them. You can then save them on your computer and upload them to creat a podcast. Stay tuned, I will be added even more hot tips in my next post.

What a great way to let folks know you are out here. Podcast or set up your own radio show. In business we get so use to trying the traditional ways to market and don’ t spend enough time educating our listening audience. For example, I am an educational ambassador for the real estate industry. I like to always educate my listeners on foreclosures, REO’s,, how to but cheap homes, bank owned foreclosures or most anything to do with real estate. I try to talk about it or have someone talk about it! I use podcasting or my radio show “Wetalkrealestate.com” to educate as many folks as i can. i am not looking for anything. i just enjoy the fact that I can help someone that can’t help themself.
In my You-Tube video i will speak on some of the things that I use to market and brand myself. Podcasting or podcasting is a primary. these are great tools and they are getting better by the day.

Relaxing on the weekend, Announcing the new radio station coming in 2008
When the business is tough. I get my best ideas. While sipping on a nice ice tea, I usually come up with some great ideas to help brand myself and educate more consumers. You are probabaly asking WHAT ARE YOU TALKKING ABOUT!!! For 2008 i have created a new radio STATION, not radio show. A radio station. It is called WETALKRADIO 247.COM. iT’S NOT UP YET, but will be vert soon. The station will be for real estate, finance and health talk first. Everyone in america wants to know what and where to do it. WETALKRADIO247.COM will be the vehicle. 24 housrs a day. 7 days a week. You will be able to listen to great information, be entertained by artist that have not been discovered yet and also be informed by iussues that are important to today. Even if the presidential candidates are speaking on it. We will talk about the housing crisis. Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, give me a call. Don’t shy away from housing issues. It’s a serious issue. It needs to be talked about!!
